Will is honest and up front from the very start, even if it’s not what you want to hear, but even then he comes with solutions. His team are nothing short of amazing and brilliant with what they do. The workmanship is second to none and Wills communication is amazing. Will from this point forward will be my go to man! I love my new porch and I couldn’t be any more happier
My wife and I had been wanting our deck built for some time and thought we would continue to have to wait until we luckily came across UQC. Will was great at communicating with us and listening to what we wanted in a deck. He provided us with renders of how the deck would look like and handled the procurement of the necessary permits and inspections. His team was great building the deck and they did a fantastic job at a very fair price. We are very happy with our new deck! Highly recommend!
The best contractors I’ve worked with yet! Great quality and good pricing. Will and his team did multiple projects for me, to include a screened in porch, new mortar for my porch and fire pit, and paving stones. Super easy to work with, UQC easily adjusted to our requests while work was underway. I will continue to use them in the future.
UQC delivered our dream deck! Will (owner) went above and beyond on this project. He built us a new deck from scratch! ; to include grading below the deck and wrapping the cantilever with pvc picture framing. Their is quality of work is superb and they do not cut corners. I will continue to use UQC for ALL of my future projects! Thank you Will and team.
Very Professional work crew. Did not need any supervision to construct my new deck. Also, very reasonable in the total cost. William, the owner, was more than helpful with guidance/suggestions, etc during the 2 day process. Extremely pleased with the results. I look forward to referring William and his crew to others. The crew paid close attention to detail, and the quality of the materials and craftsmanship really shows. It’s made a huge difference. I can finally enjoy my porch without bugs, and it looks amazing too. Their pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work and service provided. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their outdoor space! They truly do top-notch work!

After receiving three separate quotes I was given Unique Quality Constructions contact info. After two visits and three weeks this company had a new roof installed on my home. They are very detailed and honest, about not only their prices, but work that is required to complete the job/task. I have already started dialog with them for another home project and look forward to working with them soon.
